| The UL Lafayette Continuing Education Department can provide your company or professional organization with effective, economical training programs specifically designed to meet your company's needs. These programs, considered "in-house programs, " can save your company or organization time and money. These programs offer several advantages among which are the following. | ||||||||||||||||
| Cost Efficiency | ||||||||||||||||
By training ten or more employees, you may be eligible for a lower group rate. In some instances, travel and lodging expenses will be eliminated. |

| Site Flexibility | ||||||||||||||||
Training can be geared to your company's particular problems and situations. The program can be conducted at your place of business or ours, depending upon the type of training needed. Special services can be offered at UL Lafayette such as computer training in our computer labs. |

| Customizing Courses | ||||||||||||||||
During in-house training your people will work together as a team. Training will be conducted with your company and situation in mind. Existing programs can be tailored to meet your specific needs, or we can call upon your resources to design a special program just for you. |

Before the course is taught, the instructor will consult with your company's management staff and then gear training toward your organization. |
