| On-site Wastewater Installers Workshop
(Individual Sewage) (4 hrs) .4 CEU
Individuals and contractors who wish to install or inspect individual wastewater (sewage) units must be certified in order to do so; this workshop has been designed to meet those certification requirements and will review the LA State Sanitation Code Chapter 13 regulations. Installers Certification Examination to follow workshop. Fee: $95 (copies of Sanitation Code, packets and exam included) Course #61759 Section 1: February 15, 8-12 noon-Lafayette Section 2: April 11, 8-12 noon-Thibodaux Section 3: August 29, 8-12 noon-Baton Rouge Section 4: October 3, 8-12 noon-Alexandria Water Supply Protection Specialist (Backflow Prevention) (40 hrs) 4.0 CEU
This course is designed for individuals interested in obtaining the Water Supply Protection Specialist endorsement through the Louisiana State Plumbing Board. The endorsement allows the student to perform field tests and make necessary repairs of backflow prevention assemblies within the scope of the plumbing system in the state of Louisiana.
