HANDS ON SUSHI FOR BEGINNERS

Come enjoy making sushi for yourself in this very basic class. We’ll learn about the origins of sushi, cooking rice, and rolling our own sushi. We’ll explore the basic variations of sushi like the California Roll, the Crunchy Roll and even try sashimi (raw fish). You may not be a sushi chef, but you can enjoy this ancient Japanese dining experience in the privacy of your own home. Come join us preparing, sampling, presenting and eating sushi for your personal dining pleasure.

Get the secrets to make perfect petit fours bakery style. Learn the decorating techniques to dress up these little cakes for a children’s tea party, luncheon, or bridal shower. Custom designed petit fours can turn any event into an extraordinary one.

CAKE DECORATING - LEVEL I

Learn decorating methods for making beautiful designs on cakes. In Level I you will discover how to combine various techniques to create exciting art including flowers and borders. Learn to mix and color icing under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Upon successful completion you will be able to level, torte and decorate cakes for all occasions. Supplies and equipment will be discussed on the first day of class. Supplies cost approx.$20.

Discover a whole new world of decorating possibilities! You will expand your cake decorating skills and experience a variety of fondant techniques and the beauty of decorating with gum paste.
