Pilates for Seniors
This is a mind/body exercise of total body conditioning that focuses on the "Powerhouse" or the "core" postural muscles transforming flexibility, agility, strength, and posture. This course is based off the Classical Pilates Method of "Controlology" by Joseph Pilates.
